Staying Motivated: I Want That Body!

Hey guys!
I have to be honest.  I am not a fan of Jessica Biel. And when I say that I am not a fan, I don't mean that I dislike the woman because, frankly, I really don't know much about her.  I don't follow her career and don't go out of my way to see anything she's featured in.  What I will say is that I DO admire this lovely young lady's physique. 


I first noticed Jessica Biel in Blade: Trinity (2004), when she played Abigail Whistler.  Now if you asked me to tell you what the plot of the film was, I couldn't tell you.  But if you asked me to tell you what I did remember about the film, I'd tell you about the kick ass body Jessica was sporting (along with Ryan Reynolds) because I am a HUGE sucker for films that aren't afraid to display strong and athletic looking female characters (remember Linda Hamilton in Terminator 2?).

So now if you ask me about fit celebrities, Jessica Biel is definitely someone that comes to mind.  The girl has got some KILLAH arms AND a perky booty to boot! In an interview with Elle Magazine last year, Jessica credits a healthy diet, plenty of sleep and drinking lots of water with helping her stay fit.  As far as her workout routine goes, she enjoys martial arts and boxing, but Yoga is her favorite activity. "Yoga is a constant for me because it keeps my muscles long and flexible,” she says.

Let's hear it for Yoga folks!  If its going to get me arms like hers I've GOT to do it more often.
